Dual Enrollment & Concurrent Enrollment
The dual enrollment program is a joint partnership with Mohave Community College and Colorado River Union High School District, in which students are able to take college level courses on a high school campus for both college and high school credit. The fees for tuition are waived and credits are transferable to Arizona colleges. Students must complete a MCC dual enrollment application and take the COMPASS test. To access the application, please visit www.jics.mohave.edu.
The concurrent enrollment program is a partnership with JTED/WAVE local community colleges and high schools. In pursuing specialized work certificates and training, the students are able to graduate with marketable workforce skills and better preparation for college. Many of the students are able to accumulate community college credit hours, giving them a jump start on their four-year degrees.
